how long before USCIS respond after noir evidence (split topic)

Please any one here whose cAsensio was reaffirm? How long before USCIS get back to them after responding to NOIR. Any idea will be deeply appreciated. Thanks.

They responded back to our rebuttal in under two weeks but I have seen cases where people have waited months.  Every case is different so its difficult to give a clear answer.

Yes, there are always exceptions.  I gave you the typical range.  It will take as long as it takes.  There's no firm time limit.

The info on USCIS website is they aim to respond in 120 days or less. Luck of the draw.

OK thanks but have seen some one 4 months and a year now

How long USics gets back to one after they said evidence sent to them not enough to over come they revoke, we have been waiting four months now,no sign of final decision we have been revoked, just still on our status that march we sent u how we will process u case.
