  Sorry if this has already been answered... but is there a reason why on the processing times it shows that permanent residents (5 to 7 months) are being processed faster than US citizens (7 to 9 months)? (at least that is how I am seeing it on Texas processing times)...

I havent found the processing times to be true for Potomac, its processing a lot faster than whats mentioned on the website. Sorry, cant be of much help.

Potomac is only showing processing times for US Citizens.

Couldn't agree more! That "processing times" website is obviously OFF. Julian filed in Dec'18 and got approved in Mar'19. That's 4 months guys! Website still says 7.5mo to 11mo LOL!!!  Congrats Julian!

Yes, I agree. Ive noticed that long ago, and I still don't understand the logic behind it. Weird!
