I-129 F PETITION APPROVED BUT DID NOT RECEIVE NOA2 HOW DO I OBTAIN NOA2

Hi,

I-129 Petition approved. Received the Letter from NVC with Case Number and USCIS Receipt Number.

I have received the NOA1 on May 11, 2018, but did not get the NOA2 either by email or postal mail.

How do I obtain a copy of NOA2? Please help.

How do you know that it is approved?

I received the letter saying NVC received the approved I-129 petition from USCIS. NVC will now forward the petition to US Embassy, India.

I would say try calling USCIS and asking them to send you another copy by mail.

They won’t do it over the phone. You’ll have to go on their new website and request a courtesy copy of you approval notice (under “services”, or something like that). It happened to me too.
