Select your "timeline link" in your profile to the left and then select "view others from your country with similar timelines" and that should give you what you are looking for.

Thank you Krista for responding. It seems the embassy is taking about 3 weeks or more to make the passports ready. Sigh. I will be glad when this process is finally over.

Has your fiancé tried to go to DHL to recieve his passport? My fiancé went twice qnd they told him it's not ready yet. I called the embassy and they were no help.

No he hasn't gone there yet. I figured since we haven't received a message from them it means they don't have it. He doesn't live in Accra so I don't want him to make the trip in vain.

Yea unfortunately it would have been a trip a vain. I just pray we get our passport next week. We purchased a ticket for the 13th of this month and since we didn't have the passport qe had to cancel the flight and lost $1,000

Every Embassy includes thus statement in their P3 letter or on their website.

Do not finalize arrangements for travel to the United States, dispose of property, or resign from your job until a visa has been issued and delivered to you. Generally, a single-entry fiancé(e) (K1) nonimmigrant visa is valid for six months from the date of issuance, unless its validity is limited by medical or other restrictions.

What about the single entry immigrant for CR1 validity ?
