We have all the necessary documents and papers and photos for dubmisdion for the AOS, shall we organize it in a 3-hole binder? Is there a specific way of organizing for easy browsing? Thank you.

do not send a 3 ring binder, recommendation is to paper clip the sections together, and use a table of contents, for each section with the I-130 I used a black piece of paper on the top to identify what it was that was included in the paperclip.

After having everything ready, seperate the sections into their three parts... I-485, I-131, I-765.... each section should have all appropriate paperwork behind the main form. Just paper clip them like that in their own individual sections. Use a cover letter by itself infront of everything to explain the contents and send them off. Don't need to be overly fancy.
