Hello everyOne. 

I made a new topic To Post and ask A Guide From Anyone Who is Maybe have the same Situation.. 😊

 

me and My husband, we were Just starting to fill up forms and Gather Documents To File for Spouse visa.

You mean if he has to choose (stepchild) ? Yes he must also file a separate i 130 for your son

Thats a 130only right? And How About 130-a, thats only for Me , yes?

Yes the us citizen files the i130 and the beneficiary (the immigrant) files the 130a so it would be 2 i130s for you and your son your husband has to file and 2 i130 a information about you and the child

1.i130a( for Me the Spouse) because my Sons information will be in My i130a right??

No just one i 130 your spouse will list your son on part 4 .. is he under 21? 

 

You will only file one i130a ... i put the link in the message click on it .. the application will tell you exactly what to send and how to fill it up 🥰🥰🥰

My Son is Under 21. So my Husband need to file a separate Form i-130 for him right? Thats what it said in the Instruction form you sent 😊 ThankYou For the Link i Had it Printed Out for my reference .. @GVANESSA233
