@Nicola and Jordan ha thanks! Mystery solved; embassy sent our letter to the wrong address. Fingers crossed we can retrieve it and move on with the process!!

You don't need the letter. There are other ways to show the medical folks your new LND case number. Use the notice from NVC or print the status off CEAC.

With London embassy it isnt really clear what P3 is lol but i managed just fine without an official. Sorry for hijacking this post, but thank you for this! We recently emailed the NVC through their online section and are just awaiting the case number from them and then it's time to book it all as you've said above. 

Another worry that's easily solved if I just read VJ

NOA1: 08/09/2019

RFE: 09/29/2019

Biometrics: 09/30/2019

Interview Letter Received: 11/02/2019

Interview Date: 12/09/2019

AOS Approval Date: 01/04/2020 (Assuming - that's the valid date on my card)

Green Card Received: 01/08/2020

The way we were feeling during NOA2 - NVC stage, you could've wrote it in the hideous 2005 text speak and I'd have still appreciated it just as much haha!
