We filed March 12th, 2018. No approval yet and it's February 15th, 2019. Timeline is now 11 to 14.5 months, so hopefully we'll hear soon. (601 waiver for past crimes)

Hello,

Not long now for you hopefully, glad to hear the timeframe has got a little less :)

Good luck, keep us updated.

The main factor is that the waiver is put together properly, very rare to see a correctly submitted waiver fail.

I just read on a website that if you're sure you are going to be denied, you can have the i-601 waiver and hardship letter already printed and filled out and if they say you're able to apply after being denied, you can hand in the waiver then to save time.. however, that was written in 2007 so I don't how true that is?

They now go to a lockbox.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Sorry, I should probably know most of this by now but what is a lockbox?

A place you mail the forms to. They then send it where it needs to go for processing.
