SO regarding the medical exam.  My fiance said that she is unable to locate her or her daughter's vaccine records,  is that going to cause a problem?  Any idea what she should do?   Thank you!

Nope not a problem, SLEC will provide the necessary vaccinations (included in the fee).

Which one does she have to actually take money to get done?  Is that the medical she pays for and I pay for the DS-160 for her and her daughter.  I'm pretty sure I pay for the visa interview, cause you have to pay for it before they will allow you to schedule if I remember correctly.  Is this information accurate what I said?

There is a medical fee for each person.   There is not a fee with the DS-160.    There is a visa fee for each applicant.

yea I know I have to pay for medical fee and application fee for both of them.  The question was.  which do they pay in person?  From your response, I pay for it all online.  I had thought she had to pay for something in person.  I must have been mistaken.   Thanks for the response.

I made no reference to how these are paid.

The medical fee is paid in person and in Pesos.   The visa fee is paid in person (or online if she has a bank acct on banknet) and in Pesos.

A frown and an actual policy are two different things but I understand your thought process. But under what you are subscribing to then he risks having to wait 2-4 additional weeks till his case is set to ready. Now if he can do the medical now and then schedule the interview once the case is set to ready I can be onboard with that. BUT, he wants to do both in the same week. I'm sure she needs to come to Manila from somewhere else and it's an expense issue. I know, I have been there when shipping 3 for the visa can get costly for anyone.

so you can have medical exam even without the READY status? is the medical result needed for the interview or not? if yes, how long does it take to get the result? so that i can be sure that im ready with all the documents needed to bring before going to the interview..

You are supposed to show the NVC letter with MNL # to SLEC.  If medical is clear you get the report on day 2 of the exam to hand carry to the interview.   No medical report, no visa.

YMMV

The Medical is paid in person at SLEC, The Interview is paid through BPI or Bancnet and takes about a day and a half to process before you can schedule the Interview.
