We are planning to marry in February in USA  when I enter so I tell passport control I’m getting married or just visiting. They always ask me so many questions . 

I guess I will just have to wait for I-130 to be approved

Any reason they ask you many questions, certainly not normal.

Preconceived intent to stay in the US and/or file I-485 is 100% illegal. What is legal with ESTA is marriage in the US, you leave the US, and then your new spouse files the I-130.

Do not ever lie to customs and immigration.  It could eventually result in a bar for misrepresentation.  So not worth it!

Apply for a Cr1/IR1. As soon as you get to the US you'll be able to work right away. 

 

If you choose the K-1 it will be quicker to get an interview by 4-5 months compared to the spouse visa however, you get there and there's a big wait for you to be able to start working, and you can't leave the country right away if you wanted a holiday ...
