Can you mail USCIS a supplement page to add to your petition if you realized you forgot to write something in it?

Is this true? I was reading another post on here where a user was saying that if you realize that you forgot to include a piece of information on the I-129F you can mail a letter to the USCIS ( to the address that you can find in the lower left corner of the NOA1) stating that you omitted the part, item and page and Information and provide wac#, DOB, names, sign and date.

Is it true that this can be done to avoid a possible RFE

Did anyone do this and does it work?

You can try; but no guarantee whatever you send ever makes it into the original petition. USCIS already tends to misplace things accidentally as it is, so.

So I guess it's worth trying if we keep in mind that there's a chance that they might not even look at it. It would still be a great help if it avoided an RFE for a small omission we did on the form. Thank you guys!

I did this exact same thing back in July 2018 they did get it according to USPS, but as far as it getting into my file I have no idea never got notified about it nor did i expect to get notified. It was just a shot in the dark basically. I was just trying to add the TOS for the dating site i met my fiancee at. So I can't really say if it works or not but I did do it. I'd say just be mindful of the possible RFE and gather that information now for a quick answer that's what I am doing.
