My girlfriend is a Filipina citizen living in Thailand. Will she need to do the seminar all Filipinos have to do before going to America?

Exactly what I thought as well. I remember it but if I remember correctly the guy got pissed at us for various reasons.

Always wondered about this "course".  Is this where they teach them how long they have to stay before they can leave the USC and not have to go home?  Or how to collect evidence of bona fide marriage in case " it doesn't work out"?

My wife went through it recently. It's nothing at all like that.

It does cover DV, but not in terms of anything shady like that. It does not encourage divorce or other fraudulent activities.
