Nvc process

Hello everyone... I got approved from uscis (cr1 visa) in 11 September 2018.. And I am waiting for them to send the file to nvc... The question is how long it will take for them to mail us??.. And should i call them or wait till they send a mail? Thank you

It can take anything from days to months for USCIS to send the file to the NVC. Mine was sent three days after approval. Others waited months. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. You just have to be patient. You can call NVC and ask if they have received it. The worst that can happen is they say “no, not yet”.

Mine took 2 weeks to  be sent to nvc and another week after that for nvc to receive it. I was at TSC.

I was approved on same day as yours.

mine was send to NVC on 09/24.

called NVC but still the case is not in their system

may be one more week of waiting lets see

I was at Nebraska.

 

Approved September 13th, 2018 and my case just updated to "Sent to the Department of State" on September 26th, 2018.

 

Hoping NVC receives it soon

Hi I was at nabraska too my case was sent to 28 sep I am still waiting for nvc number did you get your number or invoice number

We are still waiting as well. They keep saying 8 weeks. I hope that is not the case

Yes today I called them they said same thing to me
