Hello everybody, here is my case journey till date :

Service Center                                            : CSC

F2A I-130                                                      : 06/13/2018 

Upgraded my case from F2A to CR1: 07/24/2019

then I decided to file K3 visa (I-129F Form) - Its free if you file I-130 as I saw cases approved for IR-1 Faster that way and gave it a try. - Sent 08/28/2019
USCIS received it on 10/01/2019
 

On 10/02/2019 I see :
 

I-130 Approved: 10/02/2019
I-129 - Closed eventually in November saying since I-130 is approved.

NVC recieved my case Nov 7 
Welcome letter Dec 5
Fee paid Dec 5 
Fee's status changed to cleared Dec 10
Documents Submitted Dec 10

Waiting for NVC review.

As for DQ to interview:

 

1. They are inching towards faster interview dates. But with upcoming holidays I doubt it will have any meaningful impact
2. The group noticed F2A interview stalling and IR picking up for now. So lets see

nope but someone last night with oct 3 DQ got IL but only 1 report came in

I was approved on Nov 14, 2019. I called NVC yesterday and they told me they received it on Nov 27, 2019. As of Dec 16 they are working on Oct 15. So our case is getting close. How accurate is that? Do they send WL on and before Oct 15th?

IR1/CR1 for India got IL till 7 Oct DQ date and F2A till Oct 15 date is the latest i have seen

follow above link - this is 90% accurate.

Current case creation time frame: As of 23-DEC-2019, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 20-NOV-2019. In week or two you can get your WL

For upgrading case from f2a to ir1 after naturalization, where we have to send the request for upgrade like to the lockbox where the i130 was sent or directly to the center that is processing the case like california center?

You can call the hotline and give them your case number and naturalization cert number and they'll put it in for you.

And send over I-129f right after your upgrade processed if you do not want to wait 5 months like most of did.

Yep, I have read few post here stating they received approval. Also, it is free to file. Why not?

Except @YoGeSh PaTeL whose application approved before I-129F reached to USCIS .. I dont see any example.. Please help me find any other example...
