Unknown information about parent??

Hi! we recently started filling in our application and I (beneficiary) noticed that on the form I-130A part 1 "Information about parent" I do not have any information of my biological father rather than his name.  Would this be an issue? What should I write there?? 

Extra information: I do not have my father's last name,  I was registered with my mother's last name.

It will not be an issue.  Just write his name and in the extra page (12) you can make note.

Not an issue.   My wife's father is unknown and it didn't cause any issue with her approval.  For any question that you don't have an answer for write unknown or n/a as appropriate.

That you do not know may or may not be the same as "Unknown".  Obtain any information you can from anybody who DOES know, then only enter the word "Unknown" for information you cannot obtain.  For example, I expect your mother knew your father's name.  If she's still living, ASK her.
