Question: Mine and my Fiancés petition is at the london embassy and is in the 'ready' status. He has booked his medical october 8 and made his interview for November 12th

My question is, will he revive a packet from the embassy????

As for me, what do i need to give him for proof?

So far i have:

✔I-134 signed and dated
✔ letter of employment (does it matter when it was dated?)
✔ 2017 tax return & transcript
✔ W2s
✔Paystubs
✔ Bank Statements
✔ copy of original birth certificate
✔ copy of NOA2
✔ facebook posts, messages with him and my family, pictures with description

✔ my birth cerificate original

✔ copy of my passport

is there anything i am missing!?!?!

Any help or advice would be much apprecaited 💛

Also: i heard that my fiance (benificary) needs his birth certificate.. But ive heard he needs the long version not short version?? What is that exactly?? @Greenbaum could you explain??

My question is, will he revive a packet from the embassy???? He should but I have provided on below.

As for me, what do i need to give him for proof? Whatever is asked for in the P3.

So far i have:

✔I-134 signed and dated
✔ letter of employment (does it matter when it was dated?) Near the interview but no earlier then 60 days is a good rule of thumb.
✔ 2017 tax return & transcript One or the other is needed not both. IRS transcript is the best as it's smaller then the entire 1040
✔ W2s
✔Paystubs
✔ Bank Statements
✔ copy of original birth certificate
✔ copy of NOA2
✔ facebook posts, messages with him and my family, pictures with description

✔ my birth cerificate original

✔ copy of my passport

Do we still need to do the readiness form it asked in P3?

You need to send:

✔I-134 signed and dated
✔ letter of employment (does it matter when it was dated?)

Pick a second one if you' don't believe London approves on just the letter.

✔ 2017 tax return & W2 transcript
✔ 2017 transcript
✔Paystubs

Your two questions below show you have not read the Embassy web pages of instructions even though people have provided you links.half a dozen times. Go read the bloody website.

Find this list on the London Embassy website. OPEN each item for a detailed explanation...for example birth certificate. Why do you ask Greenbaum from the Philippines?

You dont have to be so mean, i have looked on the website countless of times and opened everything and have researched. Im just double checking. And just asking for additional advice.

I guess i wont ask another question again..

You need to read again because if you had comprehended it, then you would know you listed things not requested by London on their website.

Things from you (petitioner):

✔I-134 signed and dated
✔ letter of employment (does it matter when it was dated?)
Bank Statements
copy of original birth certificate

copy of NOA2

facebook posts, messages with him and my family, pictures with description

 my birth cerificate original

 copy of my passport

You posted you "heard" your fiancé needs his birth certificate. If you looked at the London list it says BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If you opened the section then you saw

Birth CertificateObtain the original, or certified copy (provided by the issuing authority)

The certificate must list both parents’ names;

That's it for birth certificate. Certified and parents' names. An appropriate question for the forum, not covered in that is "What if only his mother's name is on it?" Or "what does issuing authority mean?"

Sorry, what i meant to type was 'read'!

I am just stressed like almost everyone in this forum and i want it all to be fine and make sure we have everything.

Im sorry for asking stupid questions....

Many people try to help you. It would be silly to copy and paste the entire London embassy website to you in this forum when they can send you straight to the source with the link.

A good tip for you:

Don't follow what K1s say in their chatty groups. It's the blind leading the blind. London is different from Mexico, China, Nigeria, etc. Each has their own procedure and strictness. Believe what the London instructions say.
