Enough supporting our I-751 ??

What do you all think about the supporting evidence we are submitting.  We don't mix our bank accounts because we both have businesses, and it makes taxes and accounting a lot easier to not mix these-we just pay from my personal account..  I'm concerned this will be a red flag-so do we have enough to overcome that? if it's not evident, I travel with my husband for his business-which is why there is so much business travel in the beginning.

Oh my lord... This is so detailed!!! Yes, this is sufficient. For taxes, you only have 2016 and 2017 available? If you have more, include more. Everyone has a different story but this is a lot of evidence and I think it should be fine. You need to show some sort of co-mingling. Insurance and Will are great as long as you are listed as a beneficiary. Looks good to me.

The only thing I'm not seeing in your list is documents showing you both living together - lease agreements, house deed, utility bills etc.  The evidence you have is good, but feel the addition of those things would strengthen that.

I agree on this, co-mingling assets and liabilities would be the best evidences and one of the paper work that USCIS usually looking for specially for utility bills.

Thanks for your reply.  That's the thing-I already owned the house and car before he came here-I'm a bit worried that I don't have anything in that area.

Thanks for these replies-he only arrived in 2016 so that's all the back tax reports we have. (haven't done 2018 yet of course)  Def need more co-mingling which will be hard because we keep it apart for businesses.

I dont know. I read through this and its clear you guys are involved in "business" together but you are not suppose to be proving a business relationship- you need to show a personal one. Have you written an affidavit? How does it look? No personal correspondence between you and your business partner/spouse? Cards, letters, love notes etc. 

Please dont be offended by my comments. Im not sure why exactly your list of evidence is coming off as more of business relationship then a personal one to me but it is. Ive read A LOT of these check my evidence threads over the years and this is just the feeling I get- the adjudicator may feel the same way. Try to round out your packet with more personal stuff. Look through other ROC threads especially those creating alternative evidences.

I would agree with having more evidence of co-habitation included. A lease/deed would be great, otherwise even including utility bills with both your names would be good. Otherwise, you've got a strong packet, IMO.

Wow thanks for pointing that out.  I didn't think the officer would come away with that idea, but you make an excellent point.   I did include photos (& documents) of us traveling together to see family , and all of us at family reunion and travel for fun.  I could add  some more personal things-
