if you are still married to the same USC and can apply under the 3 year rule, i would say go for it. It is taking a long time for naturalization nowadays. Back when i did mine took 6 months, because an incompetent advice from my then lawyer. Could have been 4 with oath and everything.

Follow the N-400 instructions and do it online. I am really not that familiar with the filing documents for the 3 year rule. I did it under the 5 year rule.

I applied under 3 year rule and I am approved today. It is more convenient to apply online. That's correct gather all the necessary documents, scan it and download as PDF. The important documents are your green card scan it front and back, marriage certificate, your spouse's birth certificate, if you have child(children) download their birth certificate too, 3 years Income tax Return from IRS, joint bank statements, insurance, any supporting documents that will prove your marriage to your US citizen spouse is a big help. Better apply now so that the waiting time will start. You need to wait for biometric schedule, then wait for interview schedule and then wait for oath ceremony schedule. Some Immigration offices take longer to process the application maybe because of the numbers of applicants.

Congrats on the approval!

Did you also do last three years of banking statements or you just picked a few from each year?
