i badly need help for my husband’s upcoming interview. i received an email today and i attached it below. i am so confused coz his interview is so soon and i dont have any time to mail him documents since he’s in Philippines and im here in Hawaii. im so drained. we dont know what to do. 

 

as far as we both know, my Affidavit of support (i864) was enough to support him and now it was saying incomplete. i dont know which part. what makes me so upset it they pnly emailed us now that his interview is so soon. Please help us 😭

Timeline

Did you include your supporting documents with the I864 (tax transcripts, pay stubs, letter from employer)? When is the interview? Go back and look at your copy to see if you missed something. See if you can't find a co sponsor as well. Its expensive, but you can expedite the info and email scanned copies for immediate use. Your fiancee could take the scanned copies. you may or may not get an RFE for the originals, but if you do, at least they are already in transit for her to submit.

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

When is his interview? You have time to send them if you use DHL or Fedex

Hello,

what i did for my husband was that i had filled out and scanned him the documents that he needed. He got approved with it. So as long as the documents are real, you have no issues to be worried about!

his interview is on the 12th of september. @debbiedoo: yes i sent everything you mentioned to NVC
