It is very easy, uses the USCIS early filing calculated, you will be able to know if she’s qualified or now. Just type USCIS early filing calculator on google. At the bottom, put the necessary dates required and it would tell you her open window for early filing.

I applied for N-400 on 9/26 with my 751 pending. my 751 status changed to "another USCIS office now has jurisdiction and case is transferred" in 3 days. Got another update for n-400 that my biometric is scheduled now, yet to get the letter.

@Miki28 what did you take to your biometrics appointment, online letter says GC, ID and appointment letter. Did you take your 751 18 month extension letter as well? DO they return GC and extension letter after they check it? Thanks

One question: Do they mail the card with a tracking number or just normal letter?

Normally they will show the tracking number in your case status.

👆 Let's go to this thread to discuss the timelines in Nebraska (LIN) center! 👆

Only GC and the notice letter. :)

No, they don’t take your GC from you.

Priority Mail, with tracking number.

If you haven't registered for Informed Delivery, go and register.

Hey, guys, got a question. Sent REF back, no further update after 20 days. Thinking to submit n400. But have doubts about it. Do u think case will be transferred? Will it slow the whole process? As saw ppl got case transferred to NBC but nth happened till n400 interview...
