If I click the last section “view payment receipt” it just asks me this. If I click on it then it just shows the receipt for the courier. Is that what you meant for me to click on?

When I click view payment receipts, mine has two - the one for £19 and then £206 visa fee. Does sound like yours may have glitched there somewhere, because when going through the steps it definitely gives you an option to pay. Read this thread as it looks like that's whats just happened to yours: 

I would call them and confirm if you can pay there just so you know!

Ah #######... I dunno then tbh. It came up to pay when we did it. And I paid on the spot. U can at interview also. Or wait to hear from embassy..

When I applied for my work visa back in 2015 I paid the lady at the cashier so no biggy if I have to do that. I’ll see what embassy say, I’m sure worse things have happened at sea. Thanks for you help!

You’re so lovely sending that link, I had done some google searches to find discussions on VJ about it but didn’t find much! I followed al the instructions that they said on this so I’m baffled. Anyway I’m sure the embassy will figure it out. I just wanted to check I wasn’t missing something really obvious before contacting them 😕

Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to Manila then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A  (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date leave everything else as is)
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Manila / Works for any Country Just add the city where the Embassy is located
