  • Paid IV and AOS Fees: 9/4/2018

Completed and Submitted AOS Documents: 9/14/2018

Submitted everything to NVC: 9/16/2018

NVC Case Completed: 10/2/2018 

  • Received approval for all AOS and IV documents BUT had to rotate and re-upload husband's passport biographic info page: 9/20/2018

Interview: 11/13/2018 (Naples, Italy)

 🇺🇸 APPROVED! 🇺🇸

Immigration day: 12/13/2018

I would check that this is correct as it is country specific, meaning that what is correct in one country may not be the same in yours. I have heard of some countries only lasting 3 & 6 months.

Everyone here calls NVC to confirm they’ve received your documents package ? Or better yet to confirm Scan Date?

I applied for my criminal record check today and I'm going to see if I need any boosters for my immunizations today as well! Hopefully the fees are done processing at some point today and I can start submitting the next documents! Anyone else on this step as well? How're you preparing for a possible interview?

I've got a binder that I'm beginning to fill with paperwork :P

Removing Conditions timeline:

  • I-90 accidentally submitted - 2020-08-14
  • I-751 submitted & received - 2021-03-26
  • Biometrics applied to case - 2021-04-21
  • Ready to schedule interview - 2021-12-22
  • Interview scheduled - 2022-01-04
  • Interview - 2022-02-01 / Postponed
  • New 10 year card being sent out!!!!

Hiya!  I also paid my fees on 7/31, still waiting for it to change to "paid".  We have everything in a binder as well with all the original documents, and copies, evidence etc.  Keep us posted when you change to paid!  Good luck!

Hey I am very happy for you since you got your welcome letter after long as wait did you got it after seven weeks and five days because Saturday will be seven weeks and five days for me I think nvc is close on weekends hoping youyou fast cc?
