When NVC send the package with the invoice number and the instructions, do they send it to the petitioner?

Do they send it by post or by e-mail?

We have the Case number but can't proceed without the Invoice Number...

Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to Manila then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Manila / Works for any Country

It happens everytime when I try to check. Not sure what is wrong with that :(

Don’t take my word for it, my fiancée checked , so maybe there are a couple for the beginning still.  But guess what, the others from Brazil are telling her she can’t be on her menstrual cycle at the same time as the medical.  I found this hard to believe but she said it’s true.  So she said she has to plan the appointments around that time of month.  Has something to do with the urine test

Can confirm this is sort-of true for New Zealand. Basically, they can do the medical but they can't do the urine test, because they can't risk it being contaminated by blood traces. So you have to go back to do the urine sample. I guess it makes more sense just to plan to do it when you're not having your period.

No, applicants funds cannot be used toward I134 income

This is not correct - at least it may not be the correct answer for all countries. The US Consulate in Germany gives the following information, so it is worth checking the P3 instructions for each country:

@Greenbaum Is it true that the I-134 and the new letter of intent from the petitioner can be scanned with wet signatures instead of sending them by DHL to the beneficiary for interview?

My fiancee has basically scanned every other thing to me apart from these two. I'll like to know to avoid unnecessary costs.  Thanks

@Greenbaum, would you be so kind to enlighten me should i respond YES or NO to the following question if the current petition (k1) is the only one and no one ever filed previously any other on my behalf (confusing because i am not sure if i should answer YES and add explanation regarding current one):

DS160=Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

thanks

Is this ok for POE as well, in case this is how her name gets written on the visa itself?

Yes it will be ok moving forward. This is the way the US treats that naming nomenclature. So don't be surprised if you continue to see it spelled out that way.

There has been an ongoing discussion about this topic and at this time I either can't find it or it's never been written that a wet signature is required for the I-134. What I have found is this: (this is for USCIS but the Embassy's are controlled by DOS so it may be different)

"A signature is valid even if the original signature is later photocopied, scanned, faxed, or similarly reproduced. Regardless of how it is transmitted to USCIS, the copy must be of an original document containing a handwritten, ink signature, unless regulations or the form instructions state otherwise. USCIS will not accept signatures created by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device."

I'll leave it up to you what you will do for the I=134. But for all other documents they can be scanned. Only the personal documents from the beneficiary need to be originals. I hope this helps.

The key word is FILED. Not approved or completed. So has anyone ever FILED for you besides your current petitioner (in this case,  you = beneficiary). If so YES, if not NO. Most answer it NO as they have never had a case FILED for them prior to their current petitioner.

I find the instructions to be out of the "norm" for what is required from this Embassy. Yes each, Embassy is different and we come upon stuff like this from time to time, but to not require a tax return which in my opinion is a very good document to help access whether the petitioner and beneficiary will become public charge's. This is my opinion, I would include a IRS Tax Transcript with the I-134 submission. Include it with the financial package. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Call NVC and ask for the invoice number.  Everything from USCIS and NVC is sent to the Petitioner. Everything from the Embassy is sent to the Beneficiary. If you signed up for email you should get a copy that way but it is NOT 100% factual. Hardcopy is mailed to the Petitioner and takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Can applicant (foreign fiancé) also show their own account statement to help with I-134. If they have more than enough money to support themselves? No

Also, if I just got a new job saying I make three times the poverty level in California but only starting two days ago and with a tax return not making above it last year should we still be fine? Do I just bring the signed work contract? You should be fine with a IRS Tax Transcripts and employment letter.

If not, my mom is being the joint sponsor but she files jointly with my dad, does she put him as a dependant on the form? All members of the household must be listed.

I know greenbaum has vaguely answered some of these questions but I would like clarification please? :) thank u!

Greenbaum will give you the detailed answers to those burning questions.
