Those above items are not needed to file the I-129F petition.

How do you prove you make $23K a year?  Tax return and W2.   The support evidence is not requested until the actual visa application at the embassy months later, after the petition is approved, then the I-134 (Affidavit of Support) form is completed (very simple form), along with your most recent tax return and W-2.   Employer letter, pay stubs may be helpful if you are a new employee but otherwise .. not needed).

As for the I-129F, it is completed one blank at a time.  Family Name.   Given Name.  Middle Name.    ... so on and so on until your reach the end where your sign and date.     The form may be a few pages long, but NO ONE can complete that form for you without first asking you to answer each and every question  - What is your Family Name?  ....

Filing fee for the I-129F is currently $535

no i havent... When i left davao i had Priorites to take care of... I plsnned to go there in dec or jan to marry her and do cr1.

Plan has changed so now ima be saving to start the process or go back n see her again first cuz we really miss eachother..

Yeah 23k is not much but i have 0 bills no rent no car insurence nothing.. Only medical.stuff i need to pay for.. Plus i am starting a small side business restoring vehicle headlights perminantly.

Saving for her adjustment of status should be your new priority.  Don't forget your expenses will increase when she gets here as she'll count on you to get her medical insurance, probably a few items of clothing to match the weather, etc.

Mike was telling.me it does not matter what i made last year i could have made 1 million last year or zero.

It only matters what ur currently making which they use ur income and weekly.hours to find out what u make yearly.. Im sure i dont make 23k exactly from sick days leavin early etc..

But 2 or 3 year tax returns is also good to show.. Even tho last yr i only made 13k and year before only 9k

That is correct, if your income was below the required GROSS INCOME and has now improved then PAY STUBS and a letter from your employer would be helpful in verifying your current income.    The embassy will still want to see your more recent Tax Return & W2.      Your minimum income requirement for two people is $20,575 ... you need that or you need a co-sponsor.

If you feel comfortable with using a service, that is your choice .. always.   I do understand this.   The process is overwhelming when you first look at it.

No kidding.  All I can say is relax.  We used a service and I was happy with their help.  Now that I have a little more experience I realize that I could have easily done it without them.  I don't have any issues with them and they did make me feel more confident after reading through everything.  It is an intimidating process until you just relax and let it happen.

If I found this site before I filed I could have saved a lot of money and I probably would have been approved for the K-1.  Like I said, they made me feel more confident but I ended up doing all the work anyway.  They just compiled what I sent them.  I am doing the CR-1 on my own now and I am just as confident in my own abilities as I was with them...plus I actually have more money to spend on the process.

The main reason she may not be allowed a tourist visa is not being able to show strong ties to the Philippines; owning property, other assets, money in the bank + + +     Very difficult for a young person to get a tourist visa from the Philippines.

No one said that she couldn't come here on a tourist visa. It's just really hard for a young single pinay to get a tourist visa without showing significant ties such as what @Hank said before.

Who do you fly with to get to the Philippines, I know you said Singapore but they tend to be more expensive.

You would be able to have multiply wives in Philippines

This is my long range plan..................

We were walking through Dipolog and a man walked by with three covered women behind him. My fiance said that could be me with my own ninja team. I answered one wife is enough...thank you very much. She has a really wicked sense of humor....

Finally done...
