What can you submit as proof of domicile.

Im using my mom as joint sponsor and dad as family member. They both are permanent residents not US citizen. I have uploaded their tax return transcripts for last 3 year. Their job letters, most recent check stub, bank statement for my mom ( all submitted under additional documents except most recent tax return transcript)

I'm confused about what I should submit for my parents to show proof of their domicile

Thank you!

Their tax returns and driver's licenses are enough for their domicile.

What about the USC's domicile?

I have the same problem that the NVC sent us the checklist that my husband ( he is the sponsor ) need to prove his domicile to the consulate in my interview. because he have been living outside of the US for the last 6 years ( he is living with me now ) Now we have:
- His driver lisence ( just renew last June when he visited the US )

- His bank account statement as he always keep.

- His investment in the US

- Airplane ticket from his last trip to the US ( June of 218 )

- A letter from his brother saying that he woud help my husband and i when we move to the US to open up our own business with his background in business and finance . ( instead of getting a job offer letter like other people normally do )

Are those evidences work ? Are they enough or what should we do more ??

Anyone have experience here could help ?

Thanks in advance
