Hi all, I’ve been one of those silent readers here for a long time.

Today, I received an email from uscis saying my new card was ordered!

I’m a CSC filer with NOA date 7/11/18, fingerprint reused and transferred to Potomac at the end of May. Honestly,  I was prepared to wait for another couple of months but it happened! So Potomac friends don’t give up the hope, it’s very slowly but certainly moving!!

New card being produced 🙂👍today, September 26, 2019! I filled for removal of conditions on July 26, 2018 to California Service Center and had my biometrics appointment on February 2019. No transfer, no RFE. So happy 🥰

Good luck to everyone else!

Hold tight. Took many of us more than 150 days. Future is bright.

I think it’s different for everyone. I filed in June 2018 and it was received July 2nd 2018 and transferred on may 31st 2019 to the Potomac office from the LA office.

I still haven't heard anything from them.

I see people who filed 2 months later than me that have been granted theirs, so I wouldn’t worry. I would surmise that there are individuals who filed before me in May 2018 still waiting.

My case was received July 10 2018, biometrics waived March 2019, redo biometrics July 10, 2019. 82 days since biometrics was done. Now I just got this update few minutes ago.

On September 30, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC1822...., was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

what does this means? I really don’t know what’s going on. I do have my biometrics appointment for my N 400 next week. Any advice please?

Hey guys I just want to note how helpful you have been.

Tomorrow marks 15 months since my case was received. July 2nd 2018. It has since been transferred to the Potomac office on June 4th 2019 stating preliminary review was completed.

My question is this. Has anyone received another 18 month extension? I’m essentially 3 months shy before my initial case extension expires.

Thank you

Hi, I believe the 18th month extension letter extends from the expiration date on your Green Card, not from when the USCIS receives your ROC application.
