quick questions, when applying for ROC, do i include evidence from time we lived in home country its year and half worth of finances and healthcare and pictures

or stick to evidence since gaining conditional CR1 green card.

It is generally a good idea to build a "timeline" of evidence starting from US entry.

PLEASE read the instructions for evidence needed for ROC.  You need to submit evidence FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR MARRIAGE.  Doesn't matter what country you are in.  Start with the day you married even if it was 20 years ago!

You can send lot of evidence pertaining to the period after you became a conditional resident for ROC as your conditional residency is based on the proofs you already submitted during your CR1 process . But if you have children born before you became Conditional resident please add their  birth certificate in your ROC package which will have both your names as parents .
