Hi guys! I am inquiring on behalf of a friend. Is G325A form still needed for the K1 visa process? I understand that this was removed as part of the process many months back. However, I see that this form was updated as of 04/12/2018 and the expiry date of the form is 10/31/2019. Anyone here who has submitted their K1 application recently (within the last month) and included this form? Thank you in advance!

G325A is a milti-petition form and may still be required for some petitions.  It was eliminated with the last update of the I-129F.

YMMV

We submitted our I-129F end of March without form G325A and our I-129F was approved today. You don't need it anymore.

Thank you for the clarification! Congratulations! On to the next journey!
