    My oath ceremony is in two weeks. I still have my 10 yr permanent residency card but I might have lost the conditional residency card. I understand that I need to surrender those during my oath ceremony. Is that ok or should I inform USCIS in advance that the conditional card has gone missing?

    I finally am scheduled for my oath ceremony at the Memphis office in 3 weeks! Does anybody know if I can bring someone to watch me take my oath? Planning to bring my husband along. Thank you in advance!

    So I had my citizenship interview last Oct 26 and I got approved. Thank God! Waiting on the oath schedule. Normally, how long does it take before they schedule one or upload the schedule letter?

    Can anybody please share their experience having their interview at the Memphis office? I had my AOS interview there but it's been years. Can I bring a bag inside? Can my US citizen husband join me in the office? What are the steps in checking in for the interview? My interview is on Thursday, Oct 26 and I am nervous about it!

    I am supposed to receive one letter from the Benefits Center and one from the US Department of Treasury. How many mails in total would I receive for my N400 application? I am a little anxious because as per Informed Delivery yesterday, I was supposed to receive two mails and I didn't get any of them.

    I applied my N400 last Aug 28. From what I understand, you're supposed to receive SMS for updates. I am not getting any SMS. How do I set this up?

File Date Online: August 28 Biometric Reuse Notice: August 28 Receipt Notice: August 28 Received 3 emails since then advising that an action was taken for my application but there has not been not update since Aug 28. I am pretty sure the field office assigned to my case would be the Memphis, TN office. Would I still receive a letter in the mail?

    I have. The last update on all tabs indicated August 28 which was the date I submitted my application. I have received 3 email notifications since then but I see no changes.

    Hello. I keep getting an email indicating that an action was taken on my case and to login to check it. But when I login in to my USCIS account, I don't see any update. Is this normal? Many thanks.

    My son was born in the US. In the question that asks the A-number for my child, should I just leave it unanswered or do I tick the box that said " I do not have an A-number for my child"?

    Thank you. I changed it to the first criteria. It no longer required me to upload specific documents such as insurance policies, mortgage, etc. I was asked to provide evidence of name change and the birth certificate of my son, instead. I am also still being asked to upload additional evidence towards the end of the form (unspecific) or I can bring them to my interview. Should I just skip the "additional evidence" part?

    I would like to submit a cover letter detailing the documents I uploaded for my N-400 online application. Where do I find the service center that would handle my case? I live in Arkansas. I would like to put the USCIS service center address in the cover letter. Please advise. Thank you.
