Update?

Hi, what's the update on your case?

We are submitting our I-485 forms this week. I am submitting Child Registration Certificate plus Family Registration certificate for my child. My Birth Certificate and Family Registration Certificate and my wife's family registration certificate. My wife's birth certificate is from a union council in a village which is hand written and does not even mentioned her mom's name. Do you think we should be fine?

Also can you share your experience with Mamoo in Pakistan? What was the registration date on the birth certificate? And what documents did you send them? Thanks so much

I was approved for Permanent Resident (10 years) on 2/26/19.

Check the Travel site under Pakistan Birth Certificate section.

I sent them my valid Smart NICOP, all my expired passports, mother’s and father’s expired passports, mother and father’s (expired) Pakistan ID cards, MY

My KMC extract of BC.

Mamoo in Pakistan got me the Birth Certificate with English Translation from the Union Council in Karachi. Normal Entry. USCIS accepted it.

Hi! Will you be so kind to answer if the BC was titled ‘Birth Registration Certificate’ or just BC? I just want to clarify for my peace of mind as I’m stuck in similar situation.

Thank you in advance.
