So, we already submitted her plane ticket from last May when she was here for 3 months. We also submitted dated photographs together, but they want more. It says on the paper:

Submit evidence that you and your fiancee have met each other in person at some time during the two-year period from September 25,2015 until September 25, 2017, the filing date of your petition.

Evidence may include, but is not limited to:

  • Photocopies of your passport and/or your fiancee's passwprd, (including biographical data pages and pages showing entry and exit stamps showing travel that you have both been present in a given location at the same time.

  • Any evidence that will help USCIS determine that you have met the beneficiary within the last two years.

My lawyer suggested we don't resend information we already sent such as pictures and her ticket. She suggested we send in a picture of her dated passport from when she came into the country, and we also send in a copy of my plane ticket and passport stamp to her country (although I traveled to see her in October which is a month after our petition was received in September).  My lawyer also suggested her boarding passes, but she obviously doesn't have those from a year ago.

Is that going to be enough? She took a cell phone picture of her entry stamp from last year and i'll do the same with my passport stamp.

You guys think that will be enough? I am nervous we don't have enough evidence.

Do you have boarding passes? I think that and passport stamps will suffice in addition to what you already have. Maybe a few more pics.

Photos are secondary evidence. Dates can be "made up" so, they won't use that really.

Use her passport copies showing her entry/exit dates into the US, that will coincide with your timeline of meeting. Pretty straight forward. Also if she has any hotel receipts from staying, unless she stayed with you obviously won't have any... maybe she had expenses on a credit card showing she was there also? Can use those as extra evidence.

Passport stamps are good.  Don't overthink it.  We got the same RFE.  I sent the same pictures and passport stamps but included more pictures of stamps that took place after we filed.  Just give enough info that a stranger would be able to see that you met once during that two years.  It seems USCIS sends out these "dummy" RFEs to restart the clock on some older petitions.  Dont worry too much.  Just send what they ask for and all is well.
