Glad to see you returned to the thread.

Perhaps if you have the time you can read back and answer some of the questions that were asked so further assistance/advise on what to do now can be provided.

It is extremely difficult to contact the US embassy in Ghana. They virtually don't want to talk to no one. But you have to keep sending them emails, or better still for a quick response allow your wife congressman or senator contact them on your behalf with what ever information you need from them.

People have made suggestions and asked questions of you. You seem to choose to ignore those questions.....why?

You might want to post that question in the region specific forum so you can get the answer for that question from people who are from Ghana.

The consular officer has refused my visa again by saying I will be a public charge when I come to the state  after submitted my joint sponsor financial documents I was confused bcos my joint sponsor make enough money to sponsor me he make 59,317$ in 2017,2016 28094$ and 2015 33,754$ he is single. Here are the questions the co asked me yesterday

who is my wife ? I tell him

does she have children ? I tell him

who is my joint sponsor.? I tell him

where does she stay..? I tell him New York

he the ask me where my wife stays I tell him mississippi

He asked me what is the distance From Mississippi to New York ..I tell him I don’t know the distance ...

he go ahead and ask me how can my friend who is my joint sponsor help my wife...and also how can my friend help me when I’m there and end up saying my joint sponsor didn’t qualify to sponsor me that I will still be a public charge when I come to the state..what else should I do now..thank you

I was also refused on public charge, I have submitted new evidence to overcome the charge, but after almost two months, haven't heard from them. My question is did you attend any interview before this one or this is your first. And did you have joint sponsor initially. I also wanted to know if your wife's income was in a good standing. Thank you.

Oh yes is really stressful but I wonder why yours took u so long mine took 3weeks to be called from the embassy...

This time my wife's financial status was in good standing, and we have added another joint sponsor to it. We can only pray for now and be hopeful.
