I-864 Part 3

I, the husband, already filled out the I-864a since I am my wife's  spouse and the sponsor.

 

Now, on the I-864 that my wife fills out, which of these does she check off?  She currently is just the petitioner and has no job/ income.

it doesn't matter that she doesn't have income

 

as the petitioner, she is the primary sponsor, so she has to mark 1, yes if she is only sponsoring 1 person

 

you haven't mentioned who is your wife petitioning

 

she would mark 3 if she is filing for a married siblings and the whole family is coming together

She is sponsoring her mother and father.

so then she marks 1 yes for each of them

 

you will need 2 i864 and 2 i864A, since they are separate petitions

 

one i864 and i864A for her mom, and one i864 and i864A for her dad

We file our taxes jointly.  My husband already filled out the section where it asks the last three years tax info in the I-864a.  Do I fill out the same info in Part 4 - Your Federal Tax Information and Assets under the Tax Year / Tax income section?
