That's unbelievable. There are filers from December and January who have yet to receive their NOA2. How in the world did a February filer receive an NOA2 before all of them?? Let me offer a lukewarm congratulations. This seems so wrong. I can't celebrate your success when so many others are still waiting when they filed 1-2 months before you did.

I'm going to assume this was a paper work error at CSC. Please know, I hate having to wait for CSC and the NOA2. HATE IT. But I know others have waited longer than me (I'm a February filer, as well) and I would not be celebrating if I received an NOA2 before they did. It's unfair and seems wrong.

I think this is not such a big mystery. When people must process paper work for a living, it gets old, tiresome and boring at times. Sometimes...they look for a file that is obviouly easy. Or perhaps it got out of order on the shelf. I think it is not a case of fairness...while we all assume first come first serve...it is really hard to say why Feb got pulled out. It could be they hired more contract processing, and said..hmmmm yuo guys start on this pile, .....We are all waiting, and while we feel some sour grapes for Vermont who just has the quickest time, I don't think it really will rock my world, or change my outcome too much. Now if 50 Febs get finished before Jan..then you could wonder. But here or there one or two...naaaa.
