So it has been more than 5 business days, and it has been a week since my wife's visa was issued, and yet there is still no words on what is going on, and why they have not sent her her passport back. We tried calling them, we emailed them, and still no word. This is so frustrating. My European friends, does anyone have any insight on what might be going on, and why it would take this long for the visa to be sent back.

Thanks.

18 years age difference is a red flag

Secondly religious differnce in red flag.

Hey guys! My husband has his interview coming up on May 15th at Islamabad Embassy. l last visited him this past December-January. We are kind of confused whether l should travel and go to interview with him or not. Is it worth it going just to attend the interview? Or do you guys think he will be ok going by himself?! We just want to make sure the interview goes well and everything works out.

obviously better if u can go. i cant go because have limited time off from work. hey i see ur cc was 3/27. when did u know about ur interview date via call or email? thanks!!

Yeah it is surprising

they closed the embassy in Delhi and only one open is in Mumbai so thought it would be more tough to get interview quickly

However it seems productivity of Mumbai embassy is becoming better every month :D

Just take as much proof as you possibly can. I am 19 years older than my husband, but that never came up AT ALL in our interview last week. The world is evolving, and I am sure the immigration officers understand this as well. Just be genuine and show the love that you have for each other. You guys will be fine.
