Hello all ,

I am looking for guidance on bring my wife's from the Philippines kids over to visit only (not on I-130).

All are under 21 years old .

We are currently have an application in (N-400) for naturalization.

What would be the best way to proceed. We are looking at just a 30 day visit as they (and the wife  )want then to finish schools in the Philippines

this would be for just a summer break.

and info would help.

They have to apply for a tourist visa on their own merit and prove that they are going to come back. Their chances are extremely slim but it doesn't hurt to apply. There is nothing YOU can do, it is all up to them to prove that they intend to come back. It is almost impossible to get a tourist visa from the Philippines since there was so much abuse to it (people claiming they're coming over to "visit" and they end up adjusting status).

Are you in the process of naturalization? it's gonna be tough for them to get a tourist visa considering you will be soon an USC. But  they can still try.  How old are your wife's kids? Is she traveling with them?

All you can do is try. Hope for an approval but be prepared for a denial. With their mother here in the US it is an uphill battle to prove they don't have immigrant intent. There is no method you can do to ensure they get visitor visas.

Let us know how it goes.
