Hi Pinkr that’s because I’m unable to share every page or accidentally post personal information that is written on the letter. But the other reason was that I need to prove courtship and prove  that I entered the marriage in good faith.  So believe I can provide new and even stronger evidence. And yes I’m filing for an appeal In 2 weeks.

Seems liked they want more proof that’s you guys resides together once married and if you don’t have a paper trail of it you have to explain how it was living with your spouse to prove that you lived with him. Ask ms sandranj to explain in more details for you please.

Yes, that actually makes a lot of sense.

I’ll need to explain my daily routine in detail. Since I do not not have documents the require.  I also think I might be able to retrieve messages that would support this.

If you had your spouse as an emergency contact for anything medical you can use that too

It sounds like they don't feel you proved bona fide marriage. Partially because if I understand correctly you did not live together in the beginning of your marriage. Seems like they don't feel like you proved that you ever lived together.

We’ve lived together ever since day one. And evidence was provided. It’s just not strong enough maybe. But I’m on top of it. I’ll be submitting new evidence soon. There are more than 50 photos of us that we took in our residence.  We were always together. Simple as that.  My attorney said my application was going the right direction,  well, clearly they don’t know what they are doing. I just have to push through really hard.

Including photos is fine, especially at this stage, but I would suggest looking beyond photos and personal statements.

Documented/Verifiable evidence, if any is available. Mail at the address, registering for various services at the same address (utility bills, driver's license or state ID, etc. Even a library card shows something.).

Just a last question.  Do you think filing this appeal without an attorney will be a smart decision. Look at the letter he sent me. I seriously want to let him go. I don’t trust him. A176EC0E-C5B5-413C-811E-E261CAD6EBA6.thumb.png.5507b464b1a7c8b679454d5cb5d98318.png

You could try a catholic charities for help with the process. Just make sure everything is satisfied before the appeal is filed as far as documents to show you had a strong case

I’ll make sure I solidify everything before I have them submit on my behalf, I’ve also asked Rio Grande to review the new evidence. You’ve been helpful.
