I mailed my I-129F May 16th Via Certified mail to Texas service Center, recieved return reciept 19th as of the 24th the check has not cleared yet! I will check that everyday. Good luck everyone. :dance:

02/08/2007: Engaged on top of Table Mountain!

03/27/2007: Sent I129f to NSC

04/04/2007: NOA1 (from CSC)

06/27/2007: NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!

07/09/2007: Paper NOA2 in the mail

07/13/2007: NVC sent our petition to Jo'burg!!

07/27/2007: Packet 3

09/20/2007: Successful Interview!!!

09/27/2007: Visa in hand

10/02/2007: E's flight lands at 2:10 in Chicago!!!!!!

My fiance sent off our application on 2 May & it was received the next day. He is currently travelling around the US and will be coming back to Australia next Friday. Hopefully when his parents go back home to Missouri there'll be *something* there (that is GOOD NEWS) for us to celebrate with :)

Hi everyone!!! I'm so glad to find you all, I need the support...ha.

I mailed my I-129F on 04/30, and received delivery confirmation on 05/02.

However, they have not cashed my check and no NOA1 yet.

I hope they want my money!!!...ha.

Our cheque was cashed on 23rd May and we are going to try and get the Case number from it today :)

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

awww good luck!!!

i'm really hoping to have my honey by christmas too. i want him to be able to fly over with me to meet my family in person before the marriage!! Since I don't live near them he's been to see me of course but not them!

Luckily I'm going to the UK in august to meet all of his but i really hope we get him by then

Called to check case status 12/15/08 were told we are still in processing time

RFE email notice 1/9/09

Medical appointment 1/31/09. husband loses RFE paper same day.

New RFE paper requested on 2/4/09.

New RFE paper received 2/28/09..gee good thing that RFE isnt due til beginning of April!!!!!!

Send RFE reply 3/3/08

EAD Approval was NOT updated online. We had an infopass meeting for 3/6 and then the EAD shows up in the mail on 3/5!!!! cancelled appointment,

all i have to say is #######.

Well I guess I am in the May filer list. lol! Well the lawyer sent out the paperwork to Texas about a week ago? So I am assuming they have received it. But apparently Texas cases are sent to California. blah! Well hopefully I see some progress soon. My kids and I are looking forward to him being here by Christmas. *crosses fingers* They miss him badly and of course I do too. We shall see how it goes.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully you wil see him a whole lot sooner than that and everythng will get processed in super speed. :thumbs:

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

December 19, 2007 **Alan arrives in Seattle**

WEDDING DATE Valentines day 2008
