I overnighted mine via USPS express mail last Wednesday, 5/9 to the VSC. However, I think I will be up for a RFE, as I put N/A instead of None for the spouse names question. Maybe I will get lucky and slide through. Haven't received my green USPS return receipt yet either, but I did get confirmation of delivery to INS, signed by P. Novak (VSC director?) on last Thursday, 5/10.

Great! Glad to have you on board! ....now the waiting begins! Mine was received at the NSC on 05/09/2007 and I have yet to see the check clear and obviously no NOA1....

Thanks! I created one, and linked the EAC Receipt #, and signed up for automatic e-mails. Do they e-mail me automatically everytime it is touched, or do I need to keep checking the website?

No, they only e-mail noa2s and RFEs. To see if your case was touched, you have to check the "last updated" date.

Still haven't gotten my NOA1 in the mail, website says it was mailed May 1st. Methinks I'm going to be one of the people that never get the actual paper NOA1. Oh well, I know they got it, check was cashed, number assigned, etc.

They want you to wait a month after they say they sent something before calling if you haven't actually gotten it, and I think I will be calling June 1st, more to be sure my address is correct than to get the NOA1 because it doesn't say very much you probably don't already know from these forums, from what I understand. I've already called them once since my receipt number wasn't on the back of my cashed check, I don't want to call too much! Although I would definitely recommend calling if you suspect something is wrong, they were very very nice to me when I called and very quick.
