Come on CSC (& VSC) My friends need there approvals!! Good Morning Alane :) I thought for sure that when I logged on I'd see you dancing around with your NOA2. The website still says "pending" on mine, so they haven't been updating that part or sending out emails, but that seems to be the same for most of us who got approvals in the mail earlier this week.

Dennis, I know your patiently waiting too...come on CSC..we need more dancing!! :dance:

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Nov. 16, 2007 - Paperwork found & received by NVC!

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

It about killed me to open my mailbox last night to find it EMPTY!!!!! Maybe today!!! Believe me----I will be the dancing one once we have our approval!!!! The always patient (patiently waiting to dance) Alane & Ramzis :hehe::hehe:

Question...Should I send the original RFE form or a copy back to USCIS? On the front of the form it said send this notice on top of the requested information listed on the attached sheet...but on the back of the form said be sure to send a copy of the front side of this form when replying.

I don't know for sure, but if it was me, I'd follow the instructions on the front and send that original to them and keep a copy for myself

How the hell are we supposed to take care of a RFE if we don't get it in the mail???

I had my mother send me something from Ohio Fri. and it was here by Monday.

The USCIS site said my RFE was sent Fri. 10/19. Still not here!!!! AAAAAGHHHHHHH!!!

I'm really sick of this #######!!!

I want my baby home NOW!!!

Haven't you heard? The USCIS uses antiquated equipment. This also applies for how they send out information. Still sending it via messenger pigeon.

Technically, the I-134 only covers his first 90 days in the US so the UK consulate might not require you to show a certain income level. The minimum income level that you are thinking of is based on what's needed for the greencard. Its possible the consulate will apply this standard now, but you won't know until the interview (and I think your situation could be OK, but thats just my MHO). If I were you, I'd get him to loan you some money or somehow put it in your account so it can be counted and still use your mom to sponsor.

The good news is, when he does get a job here that amount can be used for the greencard.

my fiance called NVC a while ago and they said they don't have a record of our case from uscis. meaning, uscis haven't transported it yet to nvc.

it's more than 7 days already since our noa2 approval date. i hope it will be sent until end of the month.

can anybody here draft a letter that the USC fiance can send to their senators/congressmen in order to fasten up the schedule of sending our cases to nvc? please.. please..please...
