Still no touches here.. :crying: ....May 21st NOA1 and last touched on May 31st...I hope everything is OK and they are not giving me an RFE.

Is it possible that they could ask for envidences three months or so after you got your NOA1???!??!?!? :angry:

That would be the worst thing ever!

I don't think so, next thing will have is our NOA2!!! Hell yeah!!! :lol:

I re-read a copy of my I-129F packet nearly every night. I can't see ANYTHING that would be an RFE. I have never yet received a hard copy of the NOA1 either---oh well. I've got my case number, that's all that matters. My honey is on the train to Moscow now and will fly to Detroit on Thursday----oh my GOSH---I can't believe the time is finally here when we will be together for a while!!!

7/4/2006 visited for 1 week in Russia (Independence Day!)

12/26/06 three week visit in the U.S.

4/6/07 He came to US for 6 glorious weeks

5/20/07 He returned to Ufa, RU

5/24/07 Mailed I-129F to NSC!!!!!

AAAHHHHHH! We just got an actual *touch* :dance: I thought I was seeing things so I refreshed the page! And yep, it is an actual touch! I haven't even called them yet so it's an actual touch! I am all about smiling at least they are doing something with it...now will it be an approval or RFE? We shall see!

Unfortunately i think it is possible to get an RFE after 3 months...In the three monthsthe file is probably sitting waiting to get looked at, so when they do look at it, if they think more evidence is needed...RFE..

I called the USCIS today again and they told me that my case was assigned and with an officer. So I hope we get a quick response and congrats to all those who have been appoved so far.

I waited the whole day to check my case online and see if I got any touches.....so finally, I decided to take a look a couple minutes ago and it is still the same....On May 9, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).....and blah blah blah....TOCHED: 05/15/2007!!! :wacko:

Quick question guys! My NOA1 has to dates. It says RECEIVED DATE-May 7 and NOTICE DATE-May 9......on the USCIS website says the received my case on May 9 so which one is the right one to put on my timeline--NOA1 Date??????

Just checking in to see if there was any good news :P .

No good news here....no touch and no NOA2. The process seems so unjust and primitive...the system is badly in need of an overhaul. They are taking away valuable time out of people's lives and don't realize the ramifications of inactivity !!! At the same time I see millions of uneducated illegals and refugees...it is grossly unfair !!!

Now that makes me feel better...maybe I won't run for political office !!

Hi Mirla:

Received May 7th and NOA1 on May 9th...now that is very fast !!! Mine was received on May 7th and transfered to California from Nebraska and therefore NOA1 was May 30th. To answer your question, NOA1 is May 9th for you. They made the same mistake on my internet site...changed the "received" date to May 30th instead of May 7th which the paper NOA1 states. The paper is more accurate...I also have a certified mail receipt !!

Hope they send us the NOA2 in the first week of September...

We filed I-129F on may 8th. No hard copy of NOA1 yet. Last and first update may 17th. It passed more than 105 days since we filed, i´am really worried, like the most of us...
