Well at least you know it’s coming and you can track your case - did the message give your case number?

Ohhh no. Well you know what, the backlog may move forward and they may speed up! You just never know! Be thankful for not having a rejection!🙂 You’re in the queue and that’s the main thing!

Yeah! Being thankful it wasn’t rejected. Also, we got a case number but email says not to start tracking on website till we receive the NOA1 in mail 😊

@honeymoon22

wow, that is a lot more than what was in my package. It looks to me like it should be enough, but I’m not doing adjustment of status so maybe someone with experience in that can advise better.

But if a summary is just like a page or two extra, no harm to add it in right?

I'm not doing adjustment of status. I'm just filing the I-130 package for a CR-1 visa. I'm so nervous and just want to be super prepared so that everything runs smoothly haha.

Hey! yes we filed cr1 i130 but as it got rejected, due to the incorrect fee, I won’t advise until we get accepted! I’m not sure if they checked the paperwork for other errors , or if they just saw the check and didn’t look any further.

@Muffinji

let the process begin!

Ah sorry my mistake. <- getting the forms mixed up lol 😂 if it’s juct CR-1/IR1 I think you’re super ready! :D the other things to check I think is to make sure there is signature at places that need it. I read some got sent back for missing signatures. All the best!

I think it’s the notice of action 1 / the form I-797 / official receipt of notice that we get back from USCIS to say that they have accepted our petition and will be processing it at the respective service center.

How do I know what service center has my case?

The lockbox will send a text or email about  which service center they route it to or just wait for your NOA-1 in the mail which will say which service center it is being processed at. (Usually within 30days)

Well, if they follow the same timeline.. I think you will need to wait at least a week for any text or email if you filled the form for online notification, and the normal mail after that. Will just have to work on patience for at least 30 days before we can bug them for no reply. 👍

Hi everyone! Another March filer here. Our package was delivered on March 19 via DHL it seems that our G-1450 form was entered in the system today. I can see it in my mobile banking but I don’t think it was chashed yet. We can’t wait for our e-mail!

Hi! Congratulations!

Oh the wait  😊. i can imagine!

I think the wait is a funny kinda torture!

Our package tracking says it should arrive at Lockbox tomorrow! So still a fair few steps for us...
