think you for the answer , so my hasband needs to fill his owen i864 , and the join sponsor needs to file another i864 .

so we will send 2  form to nvc. one for the petioner and the other for joint sponsor ??

You have to wait a couple of days. I got my case number on the phone and it took 3 days for the form to pick an agent opened up.

So i spoke to a supervisor n it didn't help at all... She told me to email asknvc@state.gov. include the petitioner name and dob and the beneficiary name and dob and the uscis receipt number in the subject line and explain what happened if you're not a pivot case mention that too.. Check whether your consulate is one of the new ones starting to do EP. I emailed them last week and talked to three different agents and a supervisor with no change or help... I'm waiting for a reply to my email

I was told the same thing, to send them an email. But it's crazy everytime I call a different agent tells me different story. Most of them try to tell me that my case was never received Feb 13 but I even have an email of them stating that it was. I don't think my consulate is EP unless is changes. I just can't believe this is happening. Wasted a month for no reason now we have to wait 8 weeks instead of waiting 3 weeks because that one month they are not counting and it's like starting this NVC process all over again. On top of everything is takes them forever to reply to an email. So unfair I swear.

I completely get it! Personally, I know this is horrible, but, I am a little relievd that I am not the only one this happened to!!?!?! Its ridiculous but I was going crazy thinking why this was just happening to me. I posted here so many times and no one seemed to know what to do...at least one other person knows what its like! What consulate did u request

I'm glad I'm not the only one either. But it's like why us why did this have to happen. My consulate will be Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. What about you ?

I talked to 2 supervisors and they keep saying different things, trying to say that it was never received Feb 13 but March 16 but I even have an email stating that it was received. One of them said that the case was in the old system now they transferred into a new system. I swear they don't even know what they are saying anymore it's ridiculous. This has been one of the most stressful processes of my life. I really hope it doesn't happen to you and it probably won't, I'm just that unlucky.

Anyone on here going through CEAC...did you have to mail any documents to NVC? After I completed the DS-260 I got an email about status change saying that the next step is to submit all required documents & they gave an address. But when I log in it tells me to upload everything...which I did, everything changed to "paid" & "submitted". Do I need to mail them as well??

no i dont think we mail anything. how did u end up decreasing file size.....

My situation is further complicated by the fact that i have to request for a consulate change from abu dhabi to mumbai...but neither one of them does EP so it shouldnt havr been sent to the "new database"as they call it

Oh wow. Can you change the consulate now so you don't have to wait even more? And is there a way I can check if my consulate will be EP, because not even the supervisor knows.

Me too, NVC told me the first Time my cas was received 26 january, after they told me my cas was received 13 february, im pivot cas
