Case Complete to Interview April 2018

Hi VJ members, long time lurker here. Congratulations to everyone for getting this far and I hope we are all united with our loved ones soon.

 

I have already completed the NVC process and my wife is scheduled for an interview in Islamabad, Pakistan on April 12th. I can't find anything on biometrics and courier service for Islamabad. When do biometrics get done for a Islamabad interview? and how to sign up for courier service or does the US embassy just collect your address during the interview?

You have to email support-in@ustraveldocs.com in order to reschedule the date after you receive interview letter and ur case status on ceac shows "ready" . 

 

My case status showed ready just yesterday and I have emailed them again now , awaiting for the reply . ( They normally take 1-2 business days to reply ) . 

 

And before emailing them , make sure you create account with ustraveldocs.com/in

You need to contact NVC immediately if you do not know your interview date because you may have missed it.

I don't understand. You said you status showed ready since Feb 20th but you asking if that means CC... If it showed ready previously that means you are past CC and at interview phase now. So are you waiting for CC or interview?

It means Interview has been scheduled already.

You need to check quick as you dont want to miss the date

You filed I-129F

Your case should be with the consulate.

You need to reach out to them for the interview date and packet 3.

Unfortunately im at the slowest most unorganized embassy in the world,Ghana. They are saying i have to wait to receive further instructions and that once received i should schedule my own interview. I read about a lady from VJ that scheduled her interview without receiving packet 3 and her love was turned away.
