I called the NVC last night and a very nice lady on the phone told me that they schedule till the 15th of the month. And they are still waiting for Frankfurt to give them the available spots so I definitely still have a chance for April interview.

Hello, I truly hope so because it’s frustrating. My cc was Feb15 and no interview scheduled till now and most people that got cc after my date are already scheduled. When I called they said they’re still expecting appointment dates from the embassy meanwhile they already scheduled some people from the same embassy. So who is deceiving who? I just pray I get an April date. I’m tired mehn

Yes we are going to wait here in CDJ for it. The officer told my husband 3-10 days if we are waiting for it here, and if we want it sent elsewhere it's 14-21 days

Hi paola did you call?

Yes I did sorry I just logged in here.

The guy that took my call said I have not been scheduled yet and they only schedule interviews for the capacity they have available so until they fill all their spots they stop and the ones that did not get an interview we have to wait until they open up again the slots. I asked him if CDJ was booked already and he said he didn't know and he could not give me that information. It's frustrating but hope this month I hope the end of March we get an interview. Unless we call the mids of March.

I would think so. The form should have the information contained in the document you are presenting as a proof of income. If your most recent tax return is 2017, then your form must contain this information.

Thanks for your advice. I have another question. I had submitted joint sponsor because my wife's income was low, but 2017 my wife's income is $22,000. Do i need to bring my joint sponsor updated I-864 or just my wife's updated I-864 to interview?
