Hey guys, so I haven't been on In a while because I mailed my AOS application and recieved the NOA1. I have had health issues since being here and just kind of left them to it.

I recieved my work and travel permit and recieved the email to say that they had recieved my application and they were going to schedule an interview.

How long have people waited to get an interview date and am I missing something?

The email says to expect to receive something from them with an interview date but I have not heard anything from them at all. I'm starting to get nervous.

I applied for AOS after entering on a K1 visa

I'm from the UK if that makes a difference.

Sorry about the health issues but glad that your AOS is moving fine it looks like. The thing with AOS and even the ROC is that sometimes you get an interview and sometimes you don't. So if you don't hear anything about an interview then don't expect one unless you get something in the mail. What usually happens is that they will just approve you without an interview and then you will get your GC in the mail.

I am just nervous that I am not checking in the right place. I got an email to say they had recieved a response to my RFE and that they were ready to schedule an interview.

Is there another way of checking what's going on with it online other than via the link in the email?

Zoe,

What is the date that you applied?
