Disclose it at interview and see what they say. They may postpone it until you have proof of wrapping up.

As stated, you must disclose it at your interview.

 

Your application will probably be continued until the citation is resolved.

Your last post said you chose to not pay the ticket and fight it in court...because there is an open court case is perhaps why the ticket is not posted on their system----good advice was given in the responses on how to address it during the interview:

Thanks for the reply. Today I paid the ticket and passed the interview. My interview was in afternoon. So in the morning I went to the court to try paying for it. Fortunately they just updated my ticket in the system and I could pay for it.  During the interview,  I told the IO about the ticket and showed him the receipt from the court. The IO asked me about the violation type of the ticket. Then we moved to next question of N400.
