Hello everyone,

We were approved at our interview on the 29th. I keep seeing where you have to create a profile on UStraveldocs.com/gh.

Our online status still says ISSUED and I can not track the passport but just use the case number. Below is what I can see when I log in to UStraveldocs.com/gh

Try clicking "continue", then proceed to delivery address....I think that is what we did...

Myheart so I posted a similiar issue.  Yesterday we got our passport in hand.  We had to go to DHL and fight it out. The passport was there but no one was calling or updating the system. So we called a friend and they delivered it to us promptly. My suggestion if you know someone who works for dhl call them.  All together we received our visa 8 days after interview.

Thank you my husband checked today and they are still saying they don’t have it and we don’t know anyone at the office. So I guess we have to keep waiting.

For Ghana, you don’t need to register an address for delivery or any of that stuff.

The embassy should have given you a paper that directs you to go to the DHL office two weeks after your visa was approved. Our status changed to issued that evening of our interview, but it still took them 2 full weeks to deliver my husband’s passport to the DHL office for him to pick up.
