Hello, I have a question regarding vaccinations in the USA, I require 2 vaccinations before I can file for AOS. I spoke with a lady at the civil surgeon's office who informed me I had to have my vaccinations done at the local health clinic and then schedule a physical for $400 with the civil surgeon. I was under the impression that it was the civil surgeon who had to administer my vaccinations and I didn't think I would have to take another physical, what's my next step? Any help is appreciated.

We just sent AOS application application to Chicago lockbox. If you can get your primary doctor to give the required vaccines, it will save you money. The shots required for the AOS that your doctor does not have, has to be given by the Civil Surgeon. Shots could be expensive because they know you need them. Anyway, my wife and son were from China. When they received their TB test, three days later their results came back positive because the Chinese government gives it people at birth a shot that cause TB tests in the USA to be positive. They both had to have chest X-rays and be evaluated by health department doctor.

hello, did you ever found the doctor to transcribe your vaccines or did you get a new whole medical done, I'm on the same boat right now, I cant find a doctor in my area that does only the transcriptions.

thank you

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️
