Well you must be next if MVR just got approval at Potomac 2 weeks ago!! I know what you mean, I am waiting for Potomac, my PD is 1/29/18. Potomac keeps extending their processing times, it seems that historically the average is 6-7 months. This is so annoying.

USCIS Distributes Workload – Transfers Cases From Vermont to California and Nebraska Service Centers

Case-loads at many USCIS centers have seen an unprecedented increase in the past couple of years. This constant increase in immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions have caused a severe backlog which has in-turn delayed timely processing of these petitions. USCIS have adopted several tactics to deal with this issue. One way to deal with it was to suspend Premium processing until February 2019 of these petitions wherein the applicant could get an expedited response. Recently USCIS announced the transfer of some cases pertaining to Form I-130, Petition for the Alien Relative filed in the Vermont Service Center to be transferred to the California and Nebraska Service Centers to deal with the heavy workload.

IR-5 I-130’s do not go to Vermont. Only Nebraska, Texas and Potomac and that too not based on your address / jurisdiction but based on their case workload distribution parameters.

Hi!
Yes, you're right - the Case Tracker app does not show any I-130 cases in fiscal year 2018 at Vermont Center.
Date February 2018 is encouraging. :)
Holidays are over, so maybe it will move faster.
I hope...

Update:

After eight months of waiting, we got RFE. :(  (Potomac)
They did not accept translated (multilingual) birth and marriage files from the
Vital Statistics Bureau .
Interestingly, such a birth certificate was accepted when my daughter was naturalized.
